Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Relationship Wealth Manager to build and grow relationships with HNI and affluent clients. The role involves client acquisition, portfolio advisory, and revenue generation through a wide range of wealth management products, including mutual funds, insurance, PMS, AIF, and equity investments.
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Business Development
Acquire new clients through networking, referrals, and market outreach
Build and expand Assets Under Management (AUM)
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets across wealth products
Product Advisory
Recommend and cross-sell suitable financial products, including:
Mutual Funds
Insurance
PMS / AIF
Equity & Derivatives
Fixed Income Products
Candidate Requirements
Education
Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Business, Commerce, or a related field
NISM certification preferred
Experience
3–6 years of experience in Wealth Management, Banking, Broking, or Financial Advisory
Skills
Strong client acquisition and networking abilities
Sound knowledge of financial markets and investment products
Strong sales and negotiation capabilities
Preferred Background
Experience handling HNI or Ultra Financial Advisory clients
Existing client network in the Ahmedabad/Gujarat market
Experience in mutual fund distribution, insurance, or equity advisory
Compensation
Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives + Performance Bonus
