Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Understand client needs and provide appropriate real estate solutions.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth property visits and documentation.

Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into successful sales or rentals.

Maintain records of client interactions and update the CRM system regularly.

Represent the company in a professional manner during client meetings and site visits.

Requirements:

Mandatory: Fluency in Kannada (speaking, reading, and writing).

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle client queries and resolve issues effectively.

Prior experience in real estate or customer relationship roles is an advantage.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.

Must be proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven.
