Job Title: Business Development Trainee
Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore (Work From Office)
Working Days: 6 days/week (Rotational off between Mon-Fri; Sat & Sun are working)
As a Business Development Trainee, you will be the first point of contact for potential learners and their parents. You will play a key role in explaining Bhanzu's offerings, addressing queries, and converting leads into customers.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Engage with potential leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email
- Clearly explain Bhanzu's courses, values, and mission to interested users
- Understand customer needs and guide them toward the right program
- Maintain and update client data using CRM tools
- Follow up on leads, schedule callbacks, and ensure lead conversion
Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly targets

Key Requirements:
1. Graduate in any discipline (Freshers welcome!)
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written & verbal)
3. Ability to work under pressure in a target-driven environment
4. Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced startup culture
5. Must own a laptop and be available for WFO (Work from Office)
6. Strong organizational skills and familiarity with basic computer applications
Salary
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed pay: ₹ 3,50,000 /year
2. Variable pay: ₹ 2,50,000 /year
