About the Role Speakdesk Pvt. Ltd. is seeking passionate, confident, and results-driven Relationship Managers to lead the GoNukkad digital onboarding initiative. This field-based B2B sales role involves onboarding and managing merchant partners and empowering them with digital profile solutions that enhance visibility and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end B2B sales cycle: lead generation, cold calling, client meetings, product demonstrations, and closures.
Conduct daily field visits to engage with local merchants and deliver value-driven digital marketing presentations.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with assigned merchants.
Understand client needs and recommend suitable subscription-based digital services.
Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly revenue targets.
Ensure timely follow-ups and handle client escalations when necessary.
Maintain accurate sales records and reporting using CRM tools.
Deliver consistent performance with a strong focus on integrity and customer success.
Required Qualifications
Graduate in any stream (minimum 60% in 10th/12th/Graduation).
Excellent communication in English and the local language.
Field sales experience (B2B) is highly preferred.
Must be tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools.
Two-wheeler is mandatory for male candidates (for field travel).
Freshers may apply for the Assistant Relationship Manager role.
Preferred Attributes
At least 1 year of experience in B2B field sales or merchant onboarding.
Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
Ability to mentor peers or take on leadership responsibilities.
Proficiency with Google Sheets/Docs and CRM platforms.
