Role Overview: The Relationship Manager - Retail Sales will engage with walk-in customers, delivering exceptional service and promoting our premium gifting products in line with brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
•Greet and assist customers, providing detailed product information.
•Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
•Offer personalized gifting solutions based on customer needs.
•Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing.
•Ensure the store is well-presented, clean, and stocked with current offerings.
•Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and improve store profitability.
•Address customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
•Maintain customer records and feedback to enhance service.
Qualifications:
•Graduate degree in any discipline.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•Professional appearance and demeanor.
•Previous experience in retail or premium gifting is preferred but not required.
•Freshers with an interest in retail sales and customer service are welcome to apply.
•Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
•Comfortable with sharing casual photographs for company purposes.
Working Hours: Full-time, 10:30 AM to 8:30 PM.
