Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Generate leads and acquire new customers for Gold Loan products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Explain gold loan features, interest rates, and repayment options.
Coordinate with the branch team for smooth loan processing and disbursement.
Follow up with existing customers for renewals, top-ups, and referrals.
Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
Maintain customer records and ensure compliance with company policies.
Resolve customer queries and provide excellent service.

Candidate Requirements

Graduate
1–5 years of experience in Gold Loan, Banking, NBFC, Financial Services, Insurance, or Field Sales.
Good communication and customer handling skills.
Sales-oriented mindset with target achievement experience.
Local market knowledge is preferred.
Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving licence (preferred).
