Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
Drive state revenue goals: Own and overachieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and user acquisition targets.
Institutional outreach: Build and maintain deep relationships with school principals, directors, trustees, and key decision-makers.
B2B2C expansion: Scale partnership networks, channel partners, or sub-agent channels across the assigned state.
Team Leadership & Management
Recruit and train: Hire, train, and mentor a field sales team, including territory managers and execution executives.
Track performance: Monitor daily key performance indicators (KPIs), conduct field coaching, and evaluate team productivity.
Strategy & Market Intelligence
Localized planning: Execute state-specific marketing and outreach campaigns tailored to regional educational needs.
Competitor analysis: Monitor regional market trends and competitor activities, reporting insights back to corporate leadership.
