Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition: Proactively reach out to potential clients through cold calling, database marketing, and lead follow-ups.
Sales Pipeline Management: Build and manage a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
Product Pitching: Clearly articulate the features and benefits of our financial products (Equity, Mutual Funds, Insurance) to prospects.
Needs Analysis: Understand the client's financial needs and recommend suitable products.
Sales Closure: Master the art of the telephonic sales process, from opening the call to handling objections and successfully closing the deal.
Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for client acquisition and revenue.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
Compliance: Adhere strictly to all regulatory and company guidelines during the sales process.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: A Bachelor's degree in any stream is mandatory.
Sales Acumen: A born salesperson with a strong desire to achieve and exceed targets.
Communication: Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Must have a clear, confident, and persuasive communication style.
Resilience: Must be a "go-getter" who is comfortable with cold calling, handling rejections, and working in a high-pressure sales environment.
Attitude: High energy, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
Experience (Preferred): 1-3 years of experience in telesales, business development, or a similar role, preferably within the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector.
Language: Fluency in English and Hindi is required. Proficiency in Marathi/Gujarati is a plus.
