Job Description

Designation: Sales Executive / Senior (Experience in Building / construction)

Salary : 30K to 40K pm

Note : (Good communication skills)

Experience: Min. 4- 6 years

Qualification : Graduation

Location: Vile Parle (East)

Roles & Responsibilities: -

1. Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth :

Develop and implement sales strategies

Identify new business opportunities and market trends.

Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies accordingly.

2. Client Relationship Management :

Build and maintain relationships with contractors, developers, and suppliers.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

3. Market Research & Competitor Analysis :

Analyze market trends and competitor strategies.

Identify potential leads and key - accounts.
