The Relationship Manager is the main point of contact for clients and represents the
business. This role involves bringing in new clients, maintaining strong relationships, and
ensuring they stay with the company by providing excellent service. The Relationship
Manager helps clients plan their finances and gives them the right advice to achieve
their goals.
Key Deliverables
1. New Client Acquisition
2. Cross selling of third-party investment products (Insurance, MF, PMS, SIP’s, TGS, AIF,
Bonds, FD, Unlisted shares, IAP & other services offered by MOFSL)
3. Revenue generation – revenue to be generated from the all the products from
sourced accounts
4. Client Meeting
5. Achieving the Business targets assigned in terms of cross selling, enhancing and
upgrading relationships.
Role Requirements
o Educational Qualifications: Graduate with minimum 50%
o Experience: 1+ Years’ of sales experience in NBFC & BFSI
o Domain Knowledge: Equity
