Job Description

Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and existing customer networks.

Promote loan products such as Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), Gold Loans, and other retail finance products.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable financial solutions.

Handle customer onboarding, KYC, documentation, and loan processing.

Coordinate with credit and operations teams for timely loan approvals and disbursements.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, DSAs, builders, and channel partners.

Cross-sell financial products to existing customers.

Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
