Job Description

We are looking for a Relationship Manager to join our team at Hinduja Housing Finance. The role focuses on expanding the client base, meeting revenue targets, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The position offers ₹13000 - ₹20500 and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and acquire customers for Home Loan / LAP / Micro LAP / PL / JLG products.

Conduct field visits, cold calls, and market surveys to generate leads.

Understand customer requirements and offer suitable financial solutions.

Complete KYC, documentation, and customer onboarding processes.

Maintain strong customer relations and ensure repeat business.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Coordinate with the credit and operations team for loan processing.

Ensure portfolio quality and reduce delinquencies.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0.5 - 3 years of experience. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to close deals effectively, and a customer-focused approach are also essential for this role.
