Job Responsibilities:
Manage and build strong relationships with bank branch teams and customers.
Generate life insurance business through the bank’s customer base and branch network.
Coordinate with Bank Relationship Managers, Branch Managers and other branch staff for lead generation.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
Assist customers throughout the application and policy issuance process.
Conduct regular branch visits and support branch teams in achieving business objectives.
Follow up on leads and maintain proper customer records.
Ensure quality customer service and timely resolution of queries.
Eligibility:
Graduate in any discipline.
Experience in Life Insurance / BFSI / Banking / Financial Services sales.
Good communication and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable working with bank branches and customers.
Local candidate with good knowledge of the market preferred.
