Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Relationship Manager (Mortgage) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing and managing Mortgage Loans, Home Loans, and Loan Against Property (LAP) customers while ensuring excellent customer service throughout the loan process.

Key Responsibilities

Generate business for Mortgage Loans, Home Loans, and Loan Against Property (LAP).
Identify and acquire new customers through direct sales and referrals.
Manage customer relationships and provide end-to-end loan assistance.
Coordinate with internal teams for loan processing and documentation.
Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
Maintain accurate records and follow up with prospective customers.

Requirements

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Mortgage, Home Loan, or LAP sales.
Good understanding of secured lending products.
Strong communication and customer handling skills.
Target-oriented approach.
Graduation preferred.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹30,000 - ₹40,000 per month
