
Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets for life insurance products via the bancassurance channel.
Identify and convert potential life insurance opportunities from bank customers.
Cross-sell and upsell relevant life insurance plans to meet customer needs.
Ensure accurate product positioning and explain policy features, benefits, and exclusions clearly.
Build, strengthen, and maintain effective relationships with banking partners (relationship managers, branch managers, operations).
Act as the primary point of contact for bancassurance partners on all life insurance-related queries.
Conduct regular liaison meetings with bank staff to share product updates and performance reviews.
Assess customer requirements and recommend appropriate life insurance solutions.
Provide end-to-end support from policy issuance, premium collection, and follow-up.
Resolve customer concerns or escalations in collaboration with internal teams.
Coordinate with underwriting, operations, and backend teams to ensure smooth policy processing.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer engagements, and follow-ups.
Prepare and submit regular performance reports to the Bancassurance Sales Head.
Ensure all sales practices comply with regulatory and company standards.
Adhere to KYC, documentation norms, and internal SOPs.
Participate in audits and quality checks, ensuring minimal exceptions.
Conduct periodic product and process training for bank staff to enhance bancassurance productivity.
Support induction sessions for new banking partners or branch teams when required.
