Relationship Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales targets by directly sourcing business from open market and digital leads.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers for life insurance products.

• Explain product features, benefits, and policy terms clearly to prospective clients.

• Handle inbound/outbound leads provided by the company and convert them into business.

• Ensure high level of customer satisfaction through prompt resolution of queries.

• Maintain compliance with company policies and IRDAI regulations.

• Coordinate with the branch/area team to ensure smooth operations and reporting.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).

• 1–4 years of sales experience (Life Insurance/Banking/Financial Products preferred).

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.

• Self-motivated and customer-focused.
