We are looking for an experienced Relationship Manager to build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with real estate channel partners, brokers, and dealers. The candidate will be responsible for dealer engagement, scheme discussions, sales support, and driving business through the dealer network.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with real estate dealers, brokers, and channel partners.
• Regularly meet dealers to discuss projects, sales opportunities, and promotional schemes.
• Design, communicate, and implement dealer incentive programs and sales schemes.
• Ensure dealer satisfaction and provide timely support for lead generation and closures.
• Conduct dealer meetings, presentations, and project briefings.
• Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand the dealer network.
• Track dealer performance and achieve sales targets through channel partners.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to execute dealer engagement activities.
• Gather market intelligence, competitor information, and dealer feedback.
• Prepare regular reports on dealer performance, sales pipeline, and scheme effectiveness.

• 4- 6+ years of experience in Real Estate Channel Sales, Dealer Management, or Business Development.
• Proven experience in handling dealer networks and channel partner relationships.
