Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and develop advisors from the open market

• Guide and support advisors in sales and business activities

• Drive life insurance sales through advisor network

• Ensure advisor activation, licensing, and regular business contribution

• Achieve monthly business targets and goals

• Report to Branch Manager and work closely with the Agency team

Candidate Profile:

• Graduate with minimum 1 year of experience in sales

• Prior experience in Insurance or BFSI sector preferred

• Background in FD, RD, CASA, LI, GI, HI sales highly desirable

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Target-driven and open to field work

• Age between 25 to 38 years only
