Requirements and skills: -
Develop and implement effective sales strategies for trade credit insurance products, targeting mid to large-sized corporations.
Drive new business acquisition, focusing on building a robust pipeline of clients.
Identify new market opportunities and client segments to increase market share.
Deliver tailored risk management solutions that meet clients’ trade credit insurance needs.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze trends, and report to senior management on progress and opportunities for improvement.
Focus on sales, cross-sell & up-sell opportunity to new and existing customers.
Achieve and exceed sales targets, including revenue growth and profitability goals.
Preferences and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
Minimum 4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in financial services, insurance, or trade finance. Industry can be NBFC’s, BFSI, Fintech and other companies.
Strong leadership and team management skills with experience in mentoring and motivating teams
