Job Overview

We are looking for a result-driven Relationship Manager to manage and expand our partner network, drive sales, and strengthen customer relationships in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

Build and manage relationships with fleet owners, transporters, and channel partners
Drive sales of company offerings including POS devices, fintech products, and telematics solutions
Identify new business opportunities and onboard new partners
Ensure regular follow-ups and maintain strong partner engagement
Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and issue resolution
Maintain daily activity reports and sales funnel updates

Requirements

Graduate in any discipline
1–3 years of experience in sales, field sales, or relationship management
Experience in mobility, transport, fintech, insurance, or telematics industry preferred
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Willingness to travel locally
