Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and manage end-to-end client relationships.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships for sales and servicing of financial products such as Trading Accounts, Life Insurance, Mutual Funds, Investment Advisory, and Wealth Management.

• Meet clients at the branch or through client visits to provide personalized financial guidance.

• Generate new business through referrals and other lead-generation sources.

• Achieve assigned sales and service targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

• Conduct meaningful and value-driven conversations with clients daily.

• Assist clients in achieving financial goals through structured financial planning and portfolio management.

• Manage and review client investment portfolios aligned with their objectives.

• Address client concerns promptly and coordinate with internal teams for resolution.

Eligibility & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (pursuing or completed).

• Strong interest in Relationship Management and Financial Services.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in English and Hindi.

• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build long-term relationships.

• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and follow processes.

Experience

• 0–3 years of experience.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
