JOB TITLE: Sales Executive – Business Loan, Home Loan, LAP
DEPARTMENT: Sales

REPORTING TO: Sales Manager
ROLE OBJECTIVE:
Generate, process, and close loan business for Business Loan, Home Loan, and Loan Against
Property (LAP) through direct sales, channel partners, and referrals while meeting monthly
disbursement and revenue targets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Source new customers for Business Loan, Home Loan, and LAP.
Generate minimum assigned monthly disbursement as per company target.
Conduct field visits for client acquisition and document collection.
Explain loan products, eligibility, ROI, tenure, and processing charges clearly to
customers.
Collect and verify all required documents: KYC, income proof, bank statements,
property papers, etc.
Coordinate with credit, operations, and banks/NBFCs for file processing and
approvals.
Maintain strong relationships with builders, DSAs, brokers, and referral partners.
Ensure quick turnaround time for login, approval, and disbursement.
Maintain daily MIS, lead tracking, and pipeline reporting.
Ensure compliance with company and lender policies.
Handle customer queries and provide post-disbursement support.
PRODUCTS HANDLED:
Business Loan (Secured / Unsecured)
Home Loan (Purchase, Construction, Balance Transfer, Top-up)
Loan Against Property (Residential / Commercial)
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Strong sales and negotiation ability
Good understanding of loan products and banking processes
Field sales experience
Relationship management
Target-oriented mindset
Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, email)
Clear communication in Hindi and basic English
QUALIFICATION:
Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
EXPERIENCE:
1 to 5 years in loans or financial product sales
Freshers with strong sales attitude can be considered
TARGET EXPECTATION:
Monthly disbursement capability:
o Business Loan: ₹20–30 lakh
o Home Loan + LAP combined as per company plan
SALARY & INCENTIVES:
