Relationship Manager - HF_HOUSING FINANCE_0412_0831_1025398 The Relationship Manager – Housing Finance is responsible for sourcing and acquiring Home Loan customers, building relationships with builders, connectors, and channel partners, and achieving business targets through effective sales and customer engagement. The role focuses on driving portfolio growth while ensuring a seamless customer experience. Source and acquire customers for Home Loans and other Housing Finance products. Achieve assigned login, sanction, disbursement, and revenue targets. Generate leads through open market sourcing, builders, DSAs, property brokers, and referrals. Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and real estate stakeholders. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable home financing solutions. Coordinate with credit, legal, technical, and operations teams for smooth loan processing. Ensure timely completion of documentation and loan disbursement. Maintain high customer service standards throughout the customer lifecycle. Cross-sell insurance and other banking products to existing customers. Ensure adherence to regulatory, compliance, and internal policy guidelines Qualifications Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline. Experience in Housing Finance, Home Loans, Mortgage Sales, LAP, Banking Sales, or NBFC Sales preferred. Strong understanding of retail asset products and home loan processes. Excellent sales, networking, and relationship management skills. Ability to work in a target-driven environment Experience Level Mid Level
