Offer personalized financial advice and solutions, including investment strategies, wealth management, and banking services. Proactively identify and address client needs, providing timely and accurate information and recommendations. Maintain a deep understanding of the market and industry trends to offer relevant and up-to-date financial solutions. Collaborate with other teams and experts within the bank to deliver comprehensive financial plans and ensure client satisfaction. Conduct regular reviews and performance assessments of client portfolios, providing insightful reports and recommendations. Stay updated on regulatory requirements and ensure compliance in all financial transactions and advice. Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand the bank's network and client base. Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions and transactions, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. A bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field is preferred. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in relationship management or a similar role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry. Strong knowledge of financial products, investment strategies, and wealth management concepts. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with high-net-worth individuals. Proven track record of successfully managing and growing relationships with affluent clients. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed recommendations. Proficiency in using financial analysis tools and software is an advantage. Ability to work independently and manage a diverse portfolio of clients.
