Position 1: Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and manage leads through field visits and references.

• Conduct site visits and explain project details to clients.

• Build strong customer relationships.

• Achieve monthly sales targets.

• Maintain follow-ups and ensure timely documentation.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and convincing skills.

• Target-oriented and confident personality.

• Fresher and experienced candidates can apply.

• Basic knowledge of real estate sales is a plus.

Position 2: Telecaller

Key Responsibilities:

• Call potential clients and generate leads.

• Explain project details over calls.

• Schedule meetings and site visits for the sales team.

• Maintain call records and follow-up data.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills.

• Polite and professional telephone etiquette.

• Basic computer knowledge.
