- Handle incoming and outgoing calls with potential customers.
- Contact leads and explain project details, location, plot sizes, pricing and other basic information.
- Understand customer requirements, budget and investment preferences.
- Qualify leads based on interest and buying potential.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits for interested customers.
- Regularly follow up with leads and maintain proper lead status.
- Coordinate qualified leads with the Sales Team.
- Maintain daily calling and follow-up records in CRM/Excel.
- Achieve daily calling, site visit and lead qualification targets.
- Build good relationships with customers through professional communication.
- Support the sales team in converting leads into site visits and bookings.
