Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Leader to manage and guide our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property sales, excellent leadership skills, and a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. You will be responsible for coaching your team, developing sales strategies, and ensuring top-notch customer service to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of real estate sales executives.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve individual and team targets.

• Monitor team performance and provide coaching, mentoring, and training as needed.

• Assign sales leads, territories, and targets to team members.

• Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews.

• Ensure team members deliver high-quality service and maintain client satisfaction.

• Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and promotions to boost sales.

• Stay updated on market trends, property values, competitor activity, and legal regulations.

• Participate in high-value client meetings and negotiations when necessary.

• Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).

• 4+ years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role.

• Strong knowledge of local real estate market and property trends.

• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Leadership and team management skills with a hands-on approach.

• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.

• Valid real estate license (if applicable in your region).

• Willingness to travel locally for site visits or client meetings.
