The Team Leader will be responsible for managing and motivating a team of telecallers to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and appointment booking targets for real estate projects. Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Management:
Supervise and lead the tele calling team on a daily basis.
Allocate calling data, set targets, and monitor performance of each team member.
Conduct daily team meetings and motivate the team to achieve targets.
2. Target Achievement:
Ensure tele callers generate quality leads and schedule site visits/bookings.
Achieve team-level lead generation and booking conversion targets.
Track performance reports and ensure minimum targets are met by each caller.
3. Quality & Training:
Conduct regular call audits and provide feedback to improve communication and pitch quality.
Train new tele callers on project knowledge, CRM usage, and client handling.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and service quality on every call.
4. Coordination:
Coordinate between tele calling and sales teams for client follow-ups and site visit confirmations.
Ensure timely updates of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM or Excel tracking sheet.
5. Reporting & Analysis:
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for management review.
Track pending follow-ups, site visit schedules, and booking status.
Suggest improvements to increase productivity and lead conversion ratio.
6. Team Discipline & Compliance:
Ensure punctuality, discipline, and adherence to office policies among the tele calling staff.
Handle escalations and client complaints professionally.
