Job Description

We are hiring a motivated and experienced Real Estate Team Leader to manage and lead a team of sales executives at Prosperra Infra Estate. The candidate will be responsible for handling residential and commercial property sales, generating leads, achieving team targets, conducting client meetings and site visits, training and motivating team members, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills along with good knowledge of the real estate market.
