We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Team Leader – Real Estate Sales to lead our sales team, drive business growth, and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of real estate sales executives.
Assign leads and monitor daily calling, follow-ups, and client interactions.
Generate business through client meetings, site visits, and property closures.
Guide team members on sales strategies, negotiation, and closing techniques.
Monitor team performance and ensure monthly sales targets are achieved.
Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and manage the sales pipeline.
Coordinate with management and provide daily sales and performance reports.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
Ensure proper CRM updates and timely reporting of all sales activities.
