Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and ensure the successful execution of sales strategies. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of the real estate market, and a proven track record in sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and business plans
Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and training
Generate leads through various channels including digital marketing, references, and site visits
Handle high-value client interactions and close critical deals
Maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and stakeholders
Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and MIS to management
Ensure smooth coordination between sales, marketing, and CRM teams
Maintain compliance with company policies and real estate regulations
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
3–7 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 1–2 years in a managerial role
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Knowledge of CRM tools and sales analytics
Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
