Duties and responsibilities
Team leadership and management: Recruit, hire, train, and provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to real estate sales agents. Conduct performance reviews, set individual and team sales targets, and motivate the team to exceed goals.
Strategic planning: Develop and implement effective sales plans and strategies to expand the company's customer base and achieve revenue objectives.
Sales process oversight: Oversee the entire sales cycle, including managing lead generation, property listings, negotiations, and the closing process.
Market analysis: Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and economic indicators to make informed business decisions and adapt sales strategies.
Client relations: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Reporting and financial management: Analyze sales data, track performance metrics, and prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management. Manage budgets and control expenses.
Regulatory compliance: Ensure the sales team adheres to all local, state, and national real estate laws and ethical standards.
Marketing collaboration: Work with the marketing department to develop and execute campaigns that maximize sales efforts.
