Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Manager to join our team in Nagpur. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in real estate sales and possess excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. You will be responsible for driving property sales, managing client relationships, and leading a team of sales executives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and manage leads through online/offline channels.

• Guide potential buyers through site visits and project presentations.

• Handle customer inquiries, provide property details, and follow up to close deals.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitors, and project developments.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute sales campaigns.

• Prepare and present sales reports to management.

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.

• Train, support, and motivate junior sales team members (if applicable).

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in real estate sales or related field.

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated with a customer-centric approach.

• Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer proficiency.

• Ability to work independently and in a team.

• Willingness to travel within the city for client meetings and site visits.
