Job Summary
The Sales & Business Development Executive will be responsible for handling company-provided leads, converting prospects into successful sales, managing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Handle and convert company-provided leads into successful sales
Develop new business opportunities in residential and commercial real estate
Conduct client meetings and property site visits
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Negotiate and close property deals
Maintain accurate CRM records
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Eligibility Criteria
12th Pass / Graduate (BBA / MBA preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and target-driven
Real estate experience preferred but not mandatory
Freshers with strong sales aptitude are encouraged to apply
Salary Structure
Freshers: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Attractive Incentives
1–2 Years Experience: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000
2–4 Years Experience: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000
4+ Years (Senior Sales Executive): ₹60,000 – ₹70,000 + Incentives
Salary Hike Policy
15%–25% hike on last drawn salary (subject to performance and evaluation).
