Job Summary

Responsible for sourcing new business opportunities, generating leads, conducting follow-ups, handling negotiations and closing real estate sales.

Key Responsibilities

· Source new leads through various channels and networks.

· Follow up with prospects and convert enquiries into customers.

· Conduct site visits, presentations and product discussions.

· Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

· Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets. Maintain accurate lead and customer records in CRM.

Qualifications & Experience

· Min 2 years of experience in real estate sales preferred.

· Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.

· Target-driven and customer-focused approach. Good knowledge of real estate products and sales processes.

4. MARKETING MANAGER

Job Summary

Responsible for developing marketing strategies, promotional campaigns, events and brand initiatives to strengthen market presence and generate business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and implement marketing strategies for projects and the company.

· Plan and execute online and offline promotional campaigns.

· Organize promotional events, launches, exhibitions and activations.

· Coordinate with agencies, designers, vendors and media partners.

· Manage social media, digital content and promotional communication.

· Track campaign performance, leads and return on marketing spend.

Qualifications & Experience

· Min 3 years of marketing experience; real estate experience preferred.

· Strong understanding of digital and offline marketing.

· Creative, proactive and result-oriented approach.

· Good communication, planning and vendor-management skills.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 3 - 6+ years Experience.
