• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

• Develop and implement sales strategies, campaigns, and marketing activities to generate leads.

• Manage the end-to-end sales process from lead generation, site visits, negotiations, and deal closures.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, brokers, and corporates.

• Coordinate with the marketing team for promotions and brand visibility.

• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales performance and pipeline to management.

• Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and pricing feedback to management.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving client queries promptly.

• Collaborate with legal and operations teams to ensure smooth documentation and possession handover
