We are looking for a dynamic Sales and Marketing Executive with excellent communication and convincing skills to manage walk-in clients, conduct property showings, follow up, and close deals. The ideal candidate should have prior sales experience and the ability to build strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Handling: Greet and engage with walk-in prospective clients, understand their requirements, and present suitable commercial properties.

• Property Showcasing: Conduct site visits and professionally showcase properties to clients, highlighting key features and benefits.

• Follow-ups & Closing: Maintain regular follow-ups with leads, address concerns, negotiate, and close deals efficiently.

• Marketing Support: Assist in implementing marketing strategies to attract potential buyers and tenants.

• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal skills, and a persuasive personality.

• Ability to understand client needs and provide suitable solutions.

• Strong convincing and closing skills.

• Result-oriented approach.
