Key Roles & Responsibilities
● Lead Generation & Management Assist in generating and managing leads through calls, emails, social media, and referrals, and maintain a structured lead pipeline.
● Client Interaction & Communication Interact with potential customers via calls, emails, and meetings, ensuring timely responses and effective communication.
● Understanding Customer Requirements Identify client needs and suggest suitable property options aligned with their budget and preferences.
● Site Visit Coordination Schedule and coordinate customer site visits, and assist in providing a smooth on-ground experience.
● Presentations & Proposals Support in preparing presentations, documents, and proposals for clients and corporate meetings
●Client Relationship Management Maintain professional relationships through regular follow-ups, updates, and continuous engagement.
● Sales Support & Deal Closure Assist the sales team in negotiations, follow-ups, and closure process, gaining exposure to real deal conversions.
● Meeting & Activity Coordination Help organize client meetings, site visits, and internal coordination activities with the sales team
