*Role Overview*
We are looking for a seasoned Real Estate Sales Manager to spearhead our sales operations in Noida. The role demands strategic thinking, strong leadership, deep market knowledge, and a proven ability to drive revenue growth while building a high-performing sales team.
*Key Roles & Responsibilities*
Lead end-to-end sales operations for residential and commercial real estate projects
Design and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company growth objectives
Recruit, train, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure optimal performance
Drive achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Handle key client accounts, high-value negotiations, and deal closures
Conduct regular sales reviews, performance analysis, and forecasting
Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, channel partners, and investors
Coordinate with marketing teams for lead generation campaigns, site events, and promotions
Ensure accurate documentation, compliance with RERA guidelines, and internal policies
Track market trends, competitor activities, pricing movements, and customer preferences
Maintain CRM discipline, MIS reporting, and data accuracy
Represent the company in client meetings, industry events, and site launches
Ensure superior customer experience throughout the sales lifecycle and post-sales handover

Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales reporting systems
Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi
