Position: Sales Executive - Real Estate Experience: 1 to 4 years Qualification: Any Graduate (Undergraduates with strong real estate experience will be considered) (Negotiable for the right candidate) Office Location: Thane (Kolshet) Work Location Focus: South Bombay (Sobo) Market, Central Market, Thane Market, KDMC Market Key Responsibilities: • Understand clients’ real estate needs and recommend tailored solutions. • Manage end-to-end sales activities, from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring revenue growth. • Conduct site visits with clients on a daily and weekly basis to showcase properties. • Negotiate deals to secure favorable terms for clients and the company. • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals. • Maintain and update the client database with accurate, real-time information. • Meet or exceed sales targets, contributing directly to the company’s success. • Provide market insights and analysis to inform decision-making and drive strategy. • Source potential leads and develop new business opportunities in real estate. • Experience in handling sales across Central/South Bombay/Thane or KDMC markets is mandatory.
