Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Business Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, improve organizational processes, and ensure operational excellence. The ideal candidate will drive efficiency, streamline processes, and help scale our business through strategic planning and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage daily operations across departments.

• Analyze business performance metrics and develop strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.

• Collaborate with leadership to set goals, define KPIs, and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.

• Identify process gaps and implement solutions to streamline operations.

• Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource planning activities.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal guidelines, and industry regulations.

• Develop and document operational procedures and best practices.

• Lead or support key projects, such as system implementations or company-wide initiatives.

• Monitor vendor relationships and contract negotiations when necessary.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).

• 5+ years of experience in business operations, project management, or a related role.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proven experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

• Proficiency in tools such as Excel, ERP systems, and project management software (e.g., Asana, Monday.com).
