Pinacle Reality Group is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales to join our growing team. The role focuses on expanding the client base, achieving sales targets, and delivering exceptional customer service in the residential real estate segment.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads for residential properties.
Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits.
Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and investment opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Follow up regularly with leads and convert inquiries into successful sales.
Coordinate with developers and channel partners for inventory updates and deal closures.
Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
2–4 years of experience in residential real estate sales.
Strong knowledge of Noida, Noida Extension, and Yamuna Expressway real estate markets.
