Position Summary
The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end property sales including client meetings, site visits, negotiation, and closures. The role requires confidence, product knowledge, and strong customer handling ability.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct professional property presentations.
Arrange and manage site visits with potential buyers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable property options.
Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and offers.
Handle price negotiations confidently and professionally.
Close deals and ensure booking finalization.
Coordinate with CRM and Documentation teams for post-sales processes.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue generation.
