Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate leads through networking, referrals, site visits, and digital platforms.

• Manage client interactions from enquiry to closure, ensuring high customer satisfaction.

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and real estate regulations.

• Coordinate with the CRM and Marketing teams for seamless client servicing.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).

• 1–5 years of sales experience (Real Estate experience preferred).

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle clients confidently and close deals.

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a team player.

• Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of CRM tools.
