Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their property requirements.
Actively generate leads through various channels (networking, referrals, site visits, events, etc.).
Present, promote, and sell real estate projects to prospective clients.
Conduct site visits and guide clients through the entire sales cycle.
Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, projects, and competitors.
Deliver excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
4–5 years of proven experience as a Real Estate Consultant or Sales Executive (preferably in real estate).
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Good knowledge of the local property market (NCR region preferred).
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and client-focused.
