Job Description
Generate leads through networking, site visits, referrals, digital platforms, and cold calling Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
Schedule and conduct site visits, property showings, and client meetings
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of available real estate inventory, pricing trends, and market dynamics
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, channel partners, and developers
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
Assist clients with documentation, negotiation, and closing of deals
Update and manage CRM with client details, follow-ups, and sales status
Attend training sessions, property expos, and sales events as required
