Key Responsibilities:
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options.
Arrange and conduct site visits with clients.
Maintain an updated knowledge of the market, upcoming projects, and competitors.
Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers for repeat and referral business.
Prepare and maintain sales reports and documentation.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate (0–3 years for entry level, 3+ for experienced).
Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Basic knowledge of real estate laws, RERA guidelines, and local property market.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
Must be comfortable with fieldwork and client interactions.
Education:
Graduation in any discipline (MBA in Marketing/Sales preferred but not mandatory).
