Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and investment benefits to clients. Conduct regular follow-ups, arrange property site visits, and convert potential leads into successful bookings. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors. Handle customer queries, negotiate deals, and help close sales effectively. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company's growth. Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, and bookings. Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and new property launches. Candidates should have excellent communication, convincing, negotiation, and client-handling skills. Experience in residential, commercial, or investment properties will be preferred.
