Job Title: Real Estate Sales Executive (Site Sales)

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Real Estate Sales Executive to manage walk-in customers at the project site and convert leads into sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to build trust with prospective homebuyers.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend walk-in customers at the project site and provide complete project information.

• Contact and follow up with leads generated through digital campaigns, portals, referrals, and other marketing activities.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.

• Conduct site visits and explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and offers.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers until closure.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and conversion goals.

• Update lead status, customer interactions, and sales progress in the CRM.

• Coordinate with the marketing and management teams for lead management and customer support.

• Assist customers with booking formalities and documentation.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for referrals and repeat business.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.

• 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales or direct sales (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.

• Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office.

• Ability to work on weekends and holidays (weekly off on a weekday).

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-oriented.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in residential real estate sales.

• Ability to handle objections and close deals confidently.

• Strong follow-up and relationship management skills.

• Fluency in English, Hindi, and the local language is preferred.
