Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects, and guiding clients through the process of buying and selling properties. This is a field-intensive role with excellent growth potential for individuals passionate about real estate and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and follow up with leads through fieldwork, digital platforms, and referrals

Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties

Conduct site visits and property presentations for potential buyers

Negotiate deals and close sales in a professional and ethical manner

Maintain updated knowledge of market trends, project inventory, and pricing

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and channel partners

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Maintain CRM entries and reporting for management reviews

Requirements:

Proven experience in real estate sales (minimum 1-2 years preferred)

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and disciplined

Own a two-wheeler/four-wheeler (must)

Local area knowledge will be an advantage

Basic computer literacy (Excel, and Canva)
